About Us
Geo Experts Consulting Services CC was approached by the group of companies Oshipaya Mineral Resources, Oluzizi Minerals Exploration, Giant Mineral Namibia, Ovambo Minerals Exploration and KSI Minerals Exploration to evaluate 13 Exclusive Prospecting Licenses (EPLs) applied for or granted to them by the Ministry of Mines and Energy. The task was to characterize location, infrastructure, geological situation and economic potential of the different license areas and to compile a summarizing abridged fact sheet of each of them.
Main commodities expected to be found on the EPLs are base metals (Cu, Pb, Zn, Fe, Ni, Cr, Co), precious metals (Au), rare metals (Bi, W, Nb, Ta) nuclear fuel minerals (U), semi-precious stones (tourmaline, aquamarine, prehnite, blue laced agate), precious stones (diamonds) and industrial minerals/dimension stone (gypsum, fluorite, marble). Fossil fuel minerals (coal) were also included in the study.
